Meet the KT Design team – get to know us
Chrystal
Owner/Creative Director
Chrystal is a graphic designer and brand strategist who has spent a lifetime crafting and refining her skills. As a kid, she was obsessed with drawing, so it was no surprise that she went on to earn a degree in Graphic Design and a graduate diploma in Marketing.
Chrystal has had an on-going relationship with KT Design since 2008 when she first joined us and managed KT Design while Katie went on maternity leave.
Chrystal likes to take a holistic approach to each project and think about the big picture, who is this for. And like Katie, Chrystal strives to ensure that all work produced by KT Design is of the highest standard.

Louise
Graphic Designer
Since before she can remember, Louise has had a passion for anything and everything creative – whether it’s visual art, computer based, or from behind a camera.
Louise joined KT Design for three weeks as part of a work experience class for her last year of study at Wintec. After a couple years working in the industry, she joined the team as a temp in 2020 to help keep up with the pre-christmas work load. She officially joined KT Design full time at the beginning of 2021.

Katie
Founder
Katie started in this field as a Mac Operator for a printing company. She developed a passion for graphic design and in 2001 setup KT Design. Katie has spent these past years building up a strong client base and has an excellent team of talented and dedicated staff.
Creative and passionate about all aspects of design, she has always enjoyed an acute sense of visual aesthetics.
Katie believes that a good work ethic and building strong relationships with our clients is key to ensuring successful collaboration on every project.

Waikato Women's Refuge believes that all women and children deserve to live a life free of domestic violence and abuse. Their crisis service operates 24/7 to provide safe housing, advice and community-based support.
